Shipping & Handling

During peak seasons — including Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, and Christmas — the estimated delivery time (ETA) may be extended by several days.

  • The listed delivery times refer to standard shipping to the countries mentioned.

  • Shipping to military regions is currently limited; we apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Most orders are processed and delivered within the estimated timeframe, but these are only estimates. Some products/orders may require more time.

  • International orders may experience additional delays due to customs procedures. We have no control over the processing time at customs and apologize for any delays.

  • Once your order is ready for shipment, we will send you a tracking link via email so you can monitor your package until delivery.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your order until it is delivered.

Please allow 2–3 days for the package to be registered in the carrier’s system.

If tracking information is unavailable, it means the carrier has not yet processed the package. Tracking updates will appear once it has been scanned.

If your order exceeds the expected delivery time, please contact us and we will resolve the issue immediately.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

If you contact the carrier to redirect your package after it has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
