Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order.
If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may return your product.
Below you will find the details of our return policy.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not be damaged in any way.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return a product, please contact our Customer Service Team to receive the return address.
Once you receive the address, safely pack the product in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.

In some cases, the return may be free of charge.
If the return is not due to an error on Floriala’s part, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.
Please allow at least 14 days after we receive the product to process the refund or exchange.

Refunds may appear on your credit card statement within 1–2 billing cycles, depending on the card issuer.
You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Perishable goods

  • Hygiene / intimate items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Digital products
